What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and other options like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and of course, SquareMeal vouchers.

How do I track my order?
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order. We don’t offer tracking codes for individual parcels.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free UK mainland shipping on every order. Currently we do not offer international shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Our standard shipping typically takes between up to 10 business days. (although we always aim to ship as early as possible so in most cases your order will arrive sooner than this!)
Refunds and returns
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging. For more details, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page.
SquareMeal account
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
If you are signed up to SquareMeal then you can easily join our SquareMeal Rewards program where you can earn points for dining and shopping in your favourite retailers. These points can then be exchanged for vouchers to spend in the SquareMeal Rewards shop.
What do I do if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, click on the Forgot Password link on the login page. Enter your email address, and we’ll send you instructions to reset your password.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, SquareMeal vouchers can be purchased with earned reward points or with cash. If you choose to gift a SquareMeal voucher then visit our gift voucher page. Vouchers will be sent directly to the recipient via email with your own personal message..
