Returns Policy

1. Changed Your Mind? (Unwanted Goods)

If you’ve decided you no longer want your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be unused, in its original condition. Once we receive and process the return, we’ll issue a credit for the cost of the item to your original payment(s) method.

Details on how to return can be found on your dispatch note enclosed with your delivery.

Please note:

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings or in-ear headphones.
  • Engraved or personalised items are also non-returnable.

2. Goods Returned as Undelivered

If your order is returned to us by the courier as undelivered, we’ll issue a credit for the item.

3. Damaged Goods on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible, or contact us within 2 working days. Be sure to provide a detailed description of the damage, and include photos if you can.

We’ll arrange to collect the item in its original packaging, and once we’ve received it, we’ll issue a full credit. If you would like a replacement instead, it will be charged at the original price.

4. Faulty Goods (Within 30 Days)

If your item becomes faulty within 30 days of receipt, we can arrange a collection. Please keep the item in its original packaging, with all accessories and any documentation included.

Depending on the manufacturer terms, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full credit. 

5. Faulty Goods (After 30 Days)

If your item develops a fault after 30 days, we’ll follow the manufacturer’s warranty. We can provide you with the warranty contact details and proof of purchase.

If needed, we can help arrange the return for repair or replacement under the manufacturer’s terms. Please note that a collection fee may apply.
